Local 1505 was chartered as an affiliate local by the IAFF in 1964, and today the United Flagstaff Fire Fighters Local 1505 represents the nearly 200 paid professional firefighters

Flagstaff Fire Department, the Flagstaff Airport, Summit Fire and Medical, Highlands Fire, Pinewood Fire, Ponderosa Fire, Bear Jaw Interagency Fire and Fuels, and Camp Navajo Fire.

Local 1505, established in 1964, continues to stand as the voice of nearly 200 professional firefighters across six departments—honoring the past while shaping the future of fire service in the region.
